From the purchaser (you): name, email, shipping/billing address, and payment details (processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number).

About the recipient: the name, relationship, and behavioral details you submit to personalize a letter. This is information you choose to share with us about someone else, provided for the sole purpose of producing the gift you’re ordering.

Automatically: standard technical data (IP address, browser/device type, pages visited) via normal web server logs and analytics, used to keep the site working and to understand what’s useful.

• To generate, print, and ship or email your order.
• To process payment and prevent fraud.
• To respond when you contact the Haus.
• To improve the site and the letters themselves.
• To send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing email — you can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

We share only what’s needed to fulfill your order, with these categories of service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Printful (merchandise printing/fulfillment), and PostGrid (physical letter printing and mailing). Each only receives the specific data it needs to do its job — Printful and PostGrid, for example, receive a shipping address and the content to print, not your payment details. We do not sell your data, or the recipient’s data, to anyone.

We keep order records (including the submitted recipient details and generated letter) for as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle any refund/return request, and meet our own tax and accounting obligations — generally no longer than legally required. You can request earlier deletion; see your rights below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact the Haus — we’ll respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before making changes.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working and basic analytics cookies to understand site usage. We don’t use cookies for third-party ad targeting.

Haus of Krampus is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact the Haus and we’ll remove it.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls, and vetted payment/fulfillment providers) to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure — we can’t guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to us.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected here.
